DIDComm Mediator

A DIDComm Mediator is a messaging server that securely processes and forwards DIDComm messages between parties.

A DIDComm Mediator is a messaging server that manages access control, provides temporary message storage, and forwards messages to other mediators without accessing their content.

Recipients can fetch, decrypt, and verify messages sent to their DID using DIDComm libraries such as DIDComm for Dart, Meeting Place SDK for Dart, or Mediator SDK for Rust.

Supported Access Control Lists (ACLs)

The DIDComm Mediator server offers granular Access Control Lists (ACLs). These allow administrators to control which DIDs can send and receive messages within the network.

As an administrator, you can adjust your mediator’s access control lists (ACLs) to operate in different modes, depending on how you want the mediator to manage access and handle messages transmitted across the network.
